I’ve been looking around for a few days on getting a To-Do list software set up so that I can organize myself.

I think I’ve finally found my answer within http://www.todoist.com

Out of about 10 different systems I’ve tried, this one “feels right.”

At the same time, I’m also trying to manage my VA’s.

I have one Indian VA at $3 an hour who is creating facebook pages for me right now on a daily basis.

There’s a small learning curve with him, and he works a little slow, but I think this one will work out.

As for my larger projects, such as website creation and building, I’m looking into another VA who I will pay more.

I realize I haven’t posted to this blog in a long time, but I will be moving on to a more updated blog in a few days hopefully. It should be on avery-berman.com

In the meantime, I’ve decided it’s time for me to log my activities.

I’ve been trying to do this for a while now, and everyday I think “Well, I’ve gone so long without logging what I’ve been doing… it’s too late now…” and every day it just gets later.

So, I’ve decided to just take it from where I am and log my activities so I can keep a journal of what I do.

This is mostly for myself, but I’m sure you can get some great benefits out of reading it.

Without further ado… today:

I’ve been looking hardcore into getting a virtual assistant lately. I know I need to outsource a lot of my work, as it’s simply taking up to much of my day.  I realize that I can’t expand my profits anymore, as I do so much maintenance work that I can’t create new streams of income.

So I put an ad up on elance.com yesterday, and I’ve already recieved about 14 people who want the job… among them a guy from India who only wants to work for $3 an hour.

That sounds good to me!

I talked to him today, and he sounds pretty solid.

I emailed him what I want done, and I’ll see how it goes.

If that works out, my profits will go up incredible amounts… AND I’ll have more free time!

In the meantime, I’m trying to work on getting FastDomainRiches.com on Clickbank and complete, and I have to start work on a new niche site, a programming project and a new membership PLR site.

On top of that, finals are here, and I’m busy with College stuff.

Busy, busy, busy!

Hopefully after College ends I’ll be able to concentrate better.
